General Code is pleased to announce the acquisition of Penns Valley Publishers, the oldest codification company in Pennsylvania. When Henry Fry of Fry Communications, Inc., offered the prospect to General Code of acquiring Penns Valley Publishers, we were delighted to accept the opportunity to provide General Code’s quality service to the Penns Valley clients. We were also interested to learn the reasons Mr. Fry chose to entrust his clients to General Code.
