Ginny has been with General Code since 1977. For 13 years, she managed a variety of Code projects as Editor and was also responsible for hiring and training all of our new Editors. In 1991, she joined the Sales and Marketing Department and quickly launched General Code into previously unexplored markets.

Ginny holds a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Masters in Education from Nazareth College. She taught junior high school English for 5 years before joining General Code.

If Ginny has a favorite saying, it’s surely “Why can’t we try doing it this way?” As an innovative project design specialist, she leaves no procedure unexamined, no method unexplored. She has worked extensively with both large and small communities and organizations to develop codification and documentation services that meet their unique needs. Her approach to every project could be best described as “total immersion.” A client in Wisconsin once admitted, “Ginny knows the state better than I do, and I live here.”
