Our current Senior Leadership Team (SLT) combines the commitment
and experience of the Kitt family with the specialized perspectives
of other talented leaders. The SLT models the company's values and
charts our course for the future. Because our company is based on
the premise that our people are our most valuable asset, the SLT drives
the effort to maintain a progressive workplace that encourages personal
responsibility and professional growth.
With
input from employees at every level of the company, the SLT develops
our long-term strategic plans and determines how we will allocate our
resources. They implement the

and supervisors to establish daily, weekly and monthly goals, and address

General
Code has an "open door" policy. Every employee
receives specialized communication skills training soon after they are
hired and then is strongly encouraged to go forth and communicate! We
believe that great ideas can come from anywhere - our employees, our
clients, our vendors - so listening skills are an important part of
the training. The Senior Leadership Team is in position to act quickly
and decisively on any suggestion that will lead to new products or better
