The SLT models the company's values and charts our course for the future. With input from employees at every level of the company, the SLT develops our long-term strategic plans and determines how we will allocate our resources. They work closely with managers and supervisors to establish daily, weekly and monthly goals, and address issues that affect our ability to achieve them. They also develop the programs that recognize and reward outstanding contributions to our success.

General Code has an "open door" policy. Every employee receives specialized communication skills training soon after they are hired and then is strongly encouraged to go forth and communicate!
