Sandy Brennan, CNE/MCSP
Document Management Specialist

Sandy joined General Code in 1996. Her responsibilities currently include LaserFiche project management, providing installation and hands-on training services as well as technical support to external customers. She also works closely with our Regional Representatives on presentations showcasing document imaging systems.

Sandy is a Certified Network Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Product Specialist. She was awarded a full scholarship from IKON for the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer program, and has completed three of the six classes - Supporting Microsoft Windows NT 4.0; Enterprise Technologies; and Administering Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. She is also a member of the Association for Information and Image Management International.

In addition to technical skills, Sandy has impressive people skills. It takes a certain type of personality to switch effortlessly from talking to a technically adept IS Manager to taking the third phone call from someone down the hall who can't change her password no matter how detailed the instructions! Sandy attributes her ability to relate to users at all levels of expertise to the fact that, in the beginning, her own computer skills were largely self-taught. She hasn't forgotten how frustrating it can be for beginners, and makes an extra effort to make learning new skills practically painless for our clients.
