Comprehensive security features protect your documents from unauthorized access. The Audit Trail Module constantly monitors user access and actions. Documents published to CD-ROM can be accessed but not altered, fulfilling key SEC retention requirements 17a-3 and 17a-4 (as published under NASD notification 93-47). Compact digital backups can be stored securely off-site.
