Help Desk Technician
Brian Hoody is a graduate of Canisius College where he holds a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Anthropology. He has 20 years of support, customer training, and quality assurance experience. He has worked for Advanced High Tech and Xerox, extensively with printing systems, digital printing and scanners, and has worked with high profile clients such as Pitney Bowes, Minolta, Konica, Canon and Imation.
