Throughout America, there are many dedicated Municipal Clerks and Secretaries working tirelessly for their communities. The Municipal Clerk’s Honor Roll recognizes the essential contributions these public servants make. General Code would again like to invite Clerks, other officials, and citizens to submit the names of those Municipal Clerks and Deputy Clerks they want to thank and recognize for the work they do in their communities.
To nominate a Clerk, visit www.generalcode.com/mchr, click on the Nomination Form link, and fill in the form online. Or, click on the link for the printable form, fill that out, and send it to General Code by fax or mail. If you have questions, click on the Frequently Asked Questions link. And, while at the Web site, please take a look at the other honorees for 2006 and those from past years. More than 800 clerks have been nominated for this honor since 2001!
Once we receive your nomination, we will post it to the Web and notify your nominee of his or her inclusion on this year’s Honor Roll. We will also send you, the nominator, the Municipal Clerk’s Honor Roll pin and a certificate suitable for framing which you can present to your nominee either in a public awards ceremony or privately, as you wish.
Please join with General Code in congratulating and honoring these outstanding community leaders!
