At General Code, we recognize the progressive thinking and problem-solving skills of our Laserfiche® customers. To celebrate this, we have the pleasure of presenting the General Code Innovator Awards, for uniquely effective use of Laserfiche products.

Awards were presented to:

  • Town of Medina for being ahead of the curve and implementing a Laserfiche document imaging system in 1999.
  • Town of Greece for using Laserfiche in their "Call Center"-receiving requests for information by phone and then using Laserfiche to respond quickly to these requests.
  • Town of Irondequoit for providing their constituents information via the web using Laserfiche Weblink.
