Vana Hotaling as the Copake Town Clerk has daily contact with the residents of Copake. She handles every phone call and visitor with the utmost courtesy and compassion. She almost always puts herself in the shoes of the citizen and seeks to remedy their problem expeditiously. She is always willing and more than able to help out citizens as their clerk and thoroughly enjoys doing her job. She is the heart of our town!
