Every organization needs a Vanna (not White that is) - ours is Kathy. She is ready with a smile and a kind greeting or joke. Kathy has been the Secretary to the Ulster County Town Clerk's and Tax Collector's Association for many, many years, and she does it very well. Kathy is a great person. This is why I feel she deserves this nomination.
