Harold is the best of the best. He has withstood the test of time lasting through numerous administrations. He is highly intelligent, professional and very personable. After all of these years, he continues to maintain an excitement about what he does, often using his time as speaker at various seminars. I don't know how he find the time to do it all. But he does, and we in the Township are grateful to have him.
