I have been fortunate to have Nancy Hatten as an instructor for the one of the Municipal Clerk classes. She is a very knowledgeable, dedicated woman. Since that time I have needed her assistance on more than one occasion and she was extremely helpful. I feel very strongly that Nancy should be Named the "Clerk of the Year."
