Faye retired in March, 2002 after 56+ years of serving as Assistant City Clerk/Treasurer, as well as Interim City Clerk/Treasurer on several occasions during those 56 years. Faye continues to work on a part-time basis with the City of Sylacauga. Faye is a quite valuable resource for the City of Sylacauga--she is truly a living archive of this City and its government.
