Ms. Powell is an outstanding certified municipal clerk and leader of the city hall and court staff. She is not only educated and informed on municipal and court issues but is also a very experienced manager of the city's financial systems. She is also in training to be certified as a municipal court magistrate. Ms. Powell is a person that the mayor and city council rely on to keep them informed on municipal issues and the changing world of municipal government.
