Mary Ricker has been the Clerk since 1988. She is both unpaid Administrator and Chief Municipal Finance Officer. Mary lives a block away from the Borough Hall, therefore she can walk to work in any and all bad weather. When she is sick, the staff comes to her home. She is on duty 24-7. It is rare that any recognition is given to her for her efforts.
