Carol is the heart of our organization. Town records had not received any attention for many years. Her knowledge and skills in records retention brought us up to date with document retention and enabled us to rid ourselves of many file cabinets containing unnecessary paperwork. She accomplished this task within the first few months of employment with the Town. Documents can now be located and produced in a timely fashion for both internal and external use.
