A caring and considerate asset for the City of Rainbow City, Ala. I would like for her to be honored before this election year begins. She is a mother, grandmother and has a wonderful husband who supports especially for all the time that she spends giving to the City of Rainbow City for that does take time from her home and family. Barbara and all other clerks will have a difficult year. Being a city clerk myself, I do wish her a blessed year and happy year.
