Phyllis Bunnell has served the community of Litchfield for over 32 years with an unselfish and total commitment to our residents. Mrs. Bunnell’s undying dedication to public service has earned her the respect of every resident in Town and her pleasant demeanor is the key reason why visiting our Town Clerk’s Office is enjoyable experience. She filled in when the Town Clerk for almost two years while the Town Clerk was recovering from a serious injury – the office operation never missed a beat! Even after her recent retirement, she has volunteered to assist in preparing her successor to take over the Assistant Town Clerk position.
Mrs. Bunnell should be applauded and recognized whenever possible, so I urge you select her for the Municipal Secretary Honor Roll.
