Georgette Davis is the president of the St. Lawrence Clerk's Association and keeps her fellow clerks informed and educated at quarterly dinner meetings and through e-mails. Many Town/Village/City Clerks in St. Lawrence County are unable to attend training sessions due to budget restraints and/or economic hardships in their communities. Thanks to Georgette, we are kept abreast of vital changes in our Clerk responsibilities. Recently she made copies of her town's policy manual, which she herself prepared, for new clerk's to use to develop their own policy manual.

Georgette is very out-going and friendly, and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist her community and other clerks. She is a model clerk who deserves this special recognition.
