Joyce has worked as a Municipal Clerk for the majority of the past 20 years, from the smallest village in Erie County to the largest (and us in between). She takes advantage of every opportunity to improve her skills, and has been the catalyst in our office for effective use of our software programs, increasing/improving the level of effectiveness, reporting, recording, and collections.

She is committed to detail, and as a result, has saved the Village of East Aurora thousands of dollars in the three years she has been here. Her commitment to her position and to serving the public makes her a very valuable asset in our community. East Aurora is very fortunate to have her and has benefited from her expertise and professionalism.
