First and foremost she is a wonderful person to work for and with. She is kind, caring and thoughtful of all of us in the office, as well as the public/taxpayers, while at the same time offering us her guidance and knowledge as an Administrator. She takes her responsibility as Chief Fiscal Officer seriously looking for ways to save the taxpayers money while ensuring they receive the services they deserve. We in the office feel that when this lady decides to retire, the Village of Owego will be losing one of its most valuable resources and advocate.
