Sheila Oberly has what it takes to be a municipal clerk in today's society. This is a demanding and challenging profession and Sheila will only prove to the Township of Oxford that she will accomplish these tasks. I look to Sheila on many occasions for her opinion or knowledge and I wish her nothing but luck and guidance in obtaining her RMC.
