Marilyn Shoaf is an excellent representative of City Clerks. She has embraced her educational opportunities and is working diligently towards her CMC status. She has advanced her skill set through new technological opportunities the City has generously provided the Clerk’s office. Marilyn takes suggestions, discovers ways to expand and improve the general functions of the Clerk's department, provides excellent public service along with her hometown knowledge and personal history. It is a real pleasure to work with Marilyn and she often performs above and beyond her required duties - I feel she has earned the tribute to be listed on the Municipal Clerks Honor Roll.
