  It is my honor to recommend Rose Vido, Borough Clerk, for inclusion in your 2006 Municipal Clerk's Honor Roll. I have known and worked with Rose as the Borough Clerk for twenty years. During this period I have first hand knowledge of her superior service to the residents of Upper Saddle River.

Rose's expertise extends to all facets of Municipal Government. Her guidance and direction has been sought by other Department Heads, Council Volunteers, and other Borough Clerks. Rose has further responded to the challenges of an ever expanding workload and service to all our residents.
