Reason for nomination

Ms. Able coordinated our 5-state regional conference in November 2006 and it was wonderful. She has served and is presently serving on several boards supporting our municipal clerks throughout the region and works very hard to keep the Kentucky Clerks informed. She is a wonderful person to work with and you can ALWAYS depend on her to get the job done.
