I am nominating Linda Cottrell because she will be retiring this year and if anyone deserves to be on the Honor Roll, it is Linda. She and I went through the training together to become Registered Municipal Clerks in which, for Linda, this was a process that was not easy but she prevailed and is an astonishing Borough Clerk. We have become good friends through the years and I wish her nothing but luck and happy sunny beach days for her retirement.
