I am nominating Liz Dreaper because she has proven herself to be not only an excellent representative of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, but also being a very caring person, especially in regard to the seniors in this village. She has gone above and beyond her duties as Village Clerk to make life a little bit easier for them and she is a pleasure to work for. She really cares about people and works harder than anyone I know. I am truly glad that I can also call her my friend.
