Jocele truly exemplifies the professionalism and dedication that makes her stand out amongst her peers. Jocele was nominated as the 2007 Clerk of the Year at the annual spring conference of the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA). Jocele has been a clerk for 22 years for the City of Sidney, Ohio. This past spring she finished her term as President of the OMCA. Jocele earned her designation as Master Municipal Clerk in 2006. Jocele has attended several state and international conferences. She also is very involved in several community organizations. Jocele's grace and leadership have made her one of the special clerks in Ohio. We certainly place her as an Honor Roll Clerk.
