First, she is an outstanding Municipal Clerk. When many Ohio municipal clerks pondered the potential of coming up with a different title to more accurately describe all that we do and to bring better understanding and well deserved recognition and respect for the position, Laura was the pioneer who approached her Council and rallied for the title of Director of Legislative Services. Laura also took the time to go through rigorous educational training to become a Certified Public Manager. In addition she has attained the designation as a Certified Municipal Clerk. She is passionately and wholeheartedly involved civically and charitably to causes near and dear to her heart. She is well respected and appreciated by her Council, administrative staff, residents of her community and her fellow municipal clerks.
