Lisa has made tremendous contributions to the New Mexico Clerk's & Finance Officer's Association, as well as the Municipal Clerk profession as a whole. Her wealth of knowledge regarding records management and the election process is invaluable to the clerks of our state. She is always willing to help a fellow clerk, whether it be physical or by her knowledge. During her term as president of the NMCFOA, she was able to appoint and get started a joint municipal/county clerks election task force. This task force is continuing to work on a more "unified" municipal & state election code. This was a very positive step toward building relations between the municipal clerks and county clerks of our state. She is a wonderful asset to our association.
