Bob came into this job with many presuppositions. Some were right and others wrong. Bob has shown the leadership to adjust and rethink the presuppositions. He has adapted and our Township is moving forward despite many distractions. He has worked tirelessly (job requirement) and definitely knows how to delegate and glean input from his staff. Bob and I were actually at opposite ends of the spectrum and now have become close personal friends. We work hard together against the tide.
