Everything Veronica does is successful. She has never failed to assist me in every endeavor when asked. She has a strong personality and will not hesitate to say 'no' if it is appropriate. During my observations, Veronica has operated on the straight and narrow, keeping the city administrators clearly informed on all of the issues that pertain to the city. She is by far the best City Clerk I have seen here since I joined the City in 1998.
