Betty is always gracious and helpful to anyone who may call upon her for assistance. In fact, you don't really need to approach her because she always offers to help in anyway she can. She is very active in our local County Town Clerks Association, the New York State Town Clerks Association, and her local community. If she is having a bad day, you will never know because Betty always has a smile on her face. She is very deserving of this honor.
