I have learned so much from Maria since I began working here in 2005. Her patience for all situations is the reason that our Village is able to run smoothly on a daily basis. Her financial knowledge provides a learning experience for me while allowing the Village of Scotia to operate in a sound manner. While being a wonderful mother to three beautiful children and caring for an elderly Scotia resident several evenings a week, Maria is able to put her job and others before herself. I believe that she is a fine candidate for the Municipal Clerks Honor Roll of 2007.
