The Municipal Clerks Honor Roll has been exceptionally successful for 7 years now.

2008 Edition outstanding!

Nominations each year are accepted
April 1st through December 31st

The 2008 Honor Roll is now available on-line! The 2007 Honorees, 2006 Honorees, 2005 Honorees, 2004 Honorees, 2003 Honorees, 2002 Honorees and the 2001 Honor Roll are also available to view.

The Honor Roll is open to all Municipal Clerks/Secretaries and their Deputy Clerks/Secretaries. As always, the list will be unveiled to coincide with Municipal Clerks Week, May 4 - May 10, 2008. Nominations can be submitted any time throughout the year from April 1st until December 31st and will be added subsequently.

It is an honor for us at General Code to help recognize the hard work and tireless service Municipal Clerks provide in our communities.

Be sure to submit your nomination for the 2008 Honor Roll beginning April 1st!

We know it's hard to pick just one, so you can submit as many nominations as you like. Use the on-line nomination form, or print out the form and send it to us by fax or mail. Fill in the brief information, including any distinctive achievements, years of devoted service or special programs your Clerk has initiated. Once we receive your nomination, we will post it to the Web and then notify your honoree of their placement on the Municipal Clerks Honor Roll.
