Director of Document Management Service Operations
Kent Michels is the Director of Document Management Solutions at General Code. Kent has earned a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, NY and a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY. Kent joined General Code in the Spring 2010. Prior to General Code, he worked at Element K – a learning solutions organization - for 13 years. While at Element K he held numerous positions including Director of Business Development and Director of Product Planning. Kent currently also serves as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan College.
