ICC Code Solutions Projects
Albany, Georgia
The City of Albany, GA is partnering with ICC Code Solutions to migrate its municipal code to the eCode360® online code portal. Our codification team will conduct a comprehensive review of the City’s code and regulations, including the evaluation and reformatting of extensive embedded images and tables for improved readability. The city’s eCode will also keep its code reliable, accurate, and up to date through our ongoing supplementation services. We’re excited to support Albany’s eMigrate project and help enhance the clarity and usability of its regulatory content.
Allentown, Pennsylvania
To further support its commitment to economic growth and accessible information, the City of Allentown, PA has implemented ICC Code Solutions’ MapLink™ interactive zoning map. MapLink visually connects zoning regulations from eCode360 to an interactive map, making it easier for users to explore property-specific requirements. With just a few clicks, users can view dimensional standards, permitted uses, zoning districts, and zoom directly to individual parcels or search for properties by land use. Welcome, Allentown!
ICC Community Development Projects
Murrysville, Pennsylvania
ICC Community Development is pleased to have contracted with Murrysville, PA to deploy a custom Municity™ platform. Municity provides a variety of functionality to streamline important aspects of the Building, Planning and Zoning functions within a municipal government including such processes as permitting, planning and zoning applications, and code enforcement. A public portal will also allow the City to connect directly with constituents to view property data, pay fees, submit applications and renewals, request inspections and more. We are excited to work with Murrysville!
ICC Custom Services Projects
Tacoma, Washington
The International Code Council (ICC) is pleased to provide the City of Tacoma with a custom code solution, which will integrate local amendments into the ICC Building Codes. This custom service will enhance the transparency of the district’s local building regulations, making it easier for building officials, code enforcement officers, planning, zoning departments, and the public to access information needed to address building, planning, and zoning inquiries. This collaborative approach leverages ICC’s extensive knowledge of building codes, seamlessly integrating Tacoma’s local regulations with ICC’s Base and State codes. This process is enhanced by utilizing ICC’s digital tool kit, Digital Codes Premium, which allows Code Officials to easily access, manage, and share building codes and standards anywhere.
