Faye Moore
Account Manager

Meet General Code: Faye Moore

Now in her sixth year as Account Manager for General Code, Faye has become one of the company’s most traveled representatives, serving client communities from deep in the heart of Texas to the northern reaches of Wisconsin.

Whether detailing the many benefits of codification to new customers at a lunch-and-learn session or demo-ing the latest digital solutions to existing municipal code and zoning code communities, Faye does it with a contagious smile and good humor that’s welcomed and appreciated everywhere she goes.

“Codification isn’t always the most exciting subject. My goal is to make Code understandable – and fun. I have a big personality, and most people don’t forget me!” Faye says.

The people she meets and the personal relationships she makes along the way are what Faye values most about her job. “I love my clients – they are very special to me,” says Faye. “It’s exciting to know that I will meet someone new at every event, show, and municipality – each with a new challenge that I can help solve. Building on those relationships is the key to helping my customers become more informed and confident users of their Code. When my customers and their communities succeed, I succeed.” she says.

Currently, Faye proudly serves more than 375 client communities in Texas and 300 in Wisconsin.
