Meet General Code: Taylor Kelly

General Code’s Client Care & Training Team provides our current and prospective customers with the knowledge and positive support they need to confidently navigate the codification process and use our solutions and services to their fullest.
|
|
|
|
A key part of this team of experienced and helpful individuals is someone we’d like you to know: Taylor Kelly, Sales Support Specialist.
Formerly a proofreader for Quality Code Publishing (QCP) of Seattle, WA, Taylor moved into a customer care/sales support role when QCP became part of the General Code family of companies in 2022. Now a dedicated Sales Support Specialist for General Code, Taylor has quickly made a significant impact on customer satisfaction through her thoughtful, responsive, and positive approach to client care. Taylor responds to more than 2,000 customer requests annually ranging from general service and research questions to the gathering of materials and scheduling of code supplements. She also provides assistance with client requests and will soon expand her role into training and support for online code conversions.
It’s wonderful to be able to spotlight the dedication of General Code’s staff to serve and support the needs of our client communities. Remember, you can submit questionms to our contact form anytime! We’re ready to assist and would be happy to hear from you!
