Meet General Code: Lori Alger
|
General Code’s Client Care & Training Team provides our current and prospective customers with the knowledge and positive support they need to confidently navigate the codification process and use our solutions and services to their fullest. A key part of this team of experienced and helpful individuals is someone we’d like you to know: Lori Alger, Client Care Advocate.
|
|
|
|
As a Client Care Advocate, Lori is a key member of our frontline customer service team, personally addressing inquiries and providing product and solution support to customers and prospects in 21 States. Lori regularly answers customer questions through the team’s Customer Service email box, and online Chatbot and provides live phone support to walk through processes and troubleshoot technical issues in real time so that customer needs are satisfied. She also works closely with General Code’s order entry, accounting, and shipping departments to help keep all aspects of client needs coordinated and on time. Lori’s friendly, caring attitude and persistence in finding positive solutions has not gone unnoticed by co-workers and clients. A co-worker recently stated: “I have one happy client thanks to you. Thank you for your follow up and persistence—I love making our customers smile!” A new clerk for a client community who needed help with downloading a zoning chapter recently turned to Lori for help – and she delivered. The client acknowledged her efforts by responding: “Lori, you’re the best!”
