ADA Title II Compliance

Recently the U.S. Department of Justice issued its final ruling on Title II of the American Disabilities Act. This ruling establishes specific requirements and technical standards for making accessible the services, programs, and activities offered by State and local government entities to the public via web and mobile applications.

General Code is aware of this ruling and is working to meet these important accessibility standards by performing a technical audit on our online code platform, eCode360^®. In addition to a comprehensive technical review of the platform, the code content itself may have additional accessibility requirements, which we will identify and communicate to eCode360 users. Our goal is to complete the work by 6/2026.
