Santa Barbara, California
The visual presentation of Title 25: Objective Design and Development Standards is an important factor in the way the City of Santa Barbara understands and uses the its graphically rich zoning regulations. Knowing this, General Code recommended and implemented our Enhanced Graphics solution, which is designed to incorporate — and, when necessary, enhance — custom graphics, images and tables. Without sacrificing design integrity, the city’s zoning material was housed on our innovative eCode360 platform and seamlessly integrated with the city’s entire code. Whether accessing online or in print, the city’s code is now in one place and fully searchable. Additionally, as Title 25 is amended, our codification team will be standing by to make timely, accurate updates, ensuring that the city’s current version of its code is always available to their community.
